  1. I really love your home! So well-put together yet cozy - everything seems random yet so organized. Just lovely! Even your former condo unit was just amazing. Saw this at Rica's blog and I instantly fell in love with your place. Hope one day I can afford your services! Keep the blogs coming.

  2. Hi there! Thanks a lot!!! Really appreciate your comment. Am not expensive, believe me, hahaha. I just love doing this, I love looking at and experiencing beautiful spaces.
This rainy season, I have been doing DVD marathons of "Something's Gotta Give", "The Holiday", and "It's Complicated", love the homes featured!

You got our home right! Yes, I am O.C., I want things organized and labeled! Maybe one day, will post a feature on organization.

Keep your comments coming, you inspire me.

  3. Yes please! I am somewhat of an OC too. Would love to see how you organize your home. I and my daughter still live with my parents and our space is a bit cramped. We try to make do with whatever we have so organization is a must. My 6-year old is a voracious reader so I have compiled what must already be 1,000 children's books and I just don't know where to put them. Donation is an absolute no-no for my daughter. She gives away toys, clothes and shoes willingly but not her books. Would appreciate a series on organization if you are not too busy! Thanks! (Mommy Marie - Anonymous commenter)

  4. Oh okay, now I get the Mommy Marie, haha, thanks!

My kids are voracious readers as well, as in, but there are books that are for giving away, some as keepers til they grow old. I even have in our home my favorite "Mark and Mandy" series of books from my grade school years, they're here in our home. Well, my first thought was donation, when she's older, she'll probably purge some books :) Right now, let her enjoy being around them first.

I always tell my kids that instead of things not being used, other people can benefit from them. I just gave away the crib and took me years to do that. Wanted to keep it but then I figured, so many babies need it rather than it being in our storeroom. It was so much easier to let go. Also, when in doubt, I always say, can't bring that to heaven, so I let go. :)

  5. Thank you! You are so selfless talaga. I am thinking your advise is such a good way for me to teach my daughter generosity and empathy. Thanks, I will psych her (and myself too), for this.
