This is the facade of the Ruins in Talisay in Bacolod City. It used to be a beautiful mansion but was burned down by the Americans during the war to prohibit the Japanese from hiding here. With its Grade A materials, despite the attempt to burn the place down, what you see right now was still preserved. Gorgeous, gorgeous place, would be a great place to hold a wedding or any special occasion especially at night when the lights are all lit.
So, when you do get the chance to visit the land of sugar, Bacolod, that is, make sure the Ruins is on top of your list.Enjoy the City of Smiles...
